Evelyn Chan is a scholar-practitioner in educational technology advancing inclusive, quality-driven digital learning in higher education. Her work focuses on Universal Design for Learning, course quality, and the ethical integration of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning.
She works at the intersection of instructional design, faculty development, and quality assurance, collaborating with institutions to create accessible, engaging, and intentionally structured learning experiences.
Evelyn Chan’s work focuses on advancing inclusive, quality-driven digital learning through three intersecting areas: Universal Design for Learning, course quality and alignment, and the ethical integration of artificial intelligence.
