Context
Collaborated with the Office of Anti-Racism, Equity and Human Rights Services to develop internal training modules for the George Brown Polytechnic community.


What I did

  • Designed eLearning modules on Human Rights, Discrimination, and Harassment policies 
  • Structured content to support clear understanding of institutional policies 
  • Developed knowledge-check assessments to reinforce learning 


Outcome
Modules were used to support staff and faculty training on policy awareness and responsible practices.

What I did

  • Filmed and edited 12 clinical skills recordings for instructional use and publication on the Nursing YouTube channel 
  • Designed an interactive learning object featuring 27 mini video clips demonstrating individual instruments 
  • Structured content to support both theory, lab practice, and practicum learning environments 


Outcome
Provided learners with accessible, visual demonstrations of surgical instruments, supporting skill recognition and application in clinical settings.
